Return Policy

We offer store credit only for returns made within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the item(s) meet the following conditions:

  • The item does not fit you.
  • Item is faulty. 

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all tags still attached.
  • The item has no marks or stains.
  • The item is returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • The item does not have any odors (including deodorant, perfume, body odor, or washing powder).
  • A receipt and proof of purchase are available.

Exchange Policy

We will provide you with the return address for you to send the item back to us. You will need to provide us with the tracking number before you receive your store credit or before we ship out the product you would like to exchange it for.

Shipping Costs

All return labels are payable by the customer to the return address provided upon request. Please note that AL ARIANA reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items that are not in the original condition in which they were received.
